- Place the tongue with the raised notched side up inside of the receiving end of the trailer ball hitch
- Slide the cover over over the tongue and lip of the trailer ball hitch
- Secure with Master lock or Pin Lock – Encases the receiving ball of the trailer ball hitch, rendering it immobile.
